Offload
1. Who we are
Offload is operated by 100 Ideaz, LLC ("we," "us"). We provide an AI selling agent: you photograph an item, and our software helps identify it, write a listing, price it, negotiate with buyers, and get you paid. By using our website or app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Offload.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
When you download or use the Offload iOS app, your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA regarding your license to use the iOS app, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. For now, Offload is offered in the United States.
4. Selling on Offload
When you list an item, you confirm that you own it, that it's accurately represented, and that selling it is legal. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed. We may review, decline, remove, or suspend any listing or account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.
Our AI drafts your listings, prices, and negotiation responses. You're responsible for reviewing them — the listing is yours once published, and AI-generated content can contain mistakes.
You allow Offload to use your photos and listing details to create and manage your listings.
5. Subscriptions and billing
An Offload subscription is required to publish listings. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Apple handles billing, and RevenueCat helps us manage your subscription and access.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.
Offload cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
6. Marketplace sales
Items are sold through connected marketplaces, such as eBay. Those marketplaces handle buyer payments, seller payouts, returns, and disputes under their own terms. You're responsible for marketplace fees, taxes, accurate listings, and shipping your items.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Offload is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any item will sell, at what price, or how fast. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and give notice in the app. Continuing to use Offload after changes means you accept them.
